Pacman smashes the Hitman

It's about a week late, but here's the recap of last weekend. Jan & I invited a few friends & family to the house for some burgers & to watch Pacquaio vs Hatton.




I attempted to make my interpretation of Father's Office's Father's Burger. I took some ground beef (80% lean... for juiciness), loaded the patties w/ crumbled bleu cheese, melted gruyere cheese on top, placed them on toasted french rolls, with some baby arugula. I also cooked them over charcoal. I doubt Father's Office does that.





Then we watched our $50 last only two rounds.


Oh well, I'd take the Pacquiao win any day.
